The pallet lot is sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, WITH ALL FAULTS, with no warranties or guarantees, express or implied. Items may be new, used, returned, damaged, incomplete, defective, nonfunctional, untested, missing parts, or suitable only for repair or salvage.

Because we do not open and inspect every box or individual unit received on a pallet, we are not responsible for missing items, missing accessories, incorrect quantities, concealed damage, or undisclosed defects. Buyers should bid accordingly and assume that additional parts, accessories, repairs, or testing may be required.

Pickup Terms

The winning bidder is responsible for arranging and completing pickup. Please confirm that you are able to collect the entire pallet lot before placing a bid.

Pickup is available Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Pickup arrangements must be made in advance.

Payment Terms

Full payment must be received within three (3) calendar days following the end of the auction. If payment is not received within this period, the transaction may be canceled and the pallet lot may be relisted.

Bidder Acknowledgment

By placing a bid, you confirm that you:

• Have read and understood the complete listing;
• Have reviewed all available photographs;
• Understand that the auction is for a pallet lot and not individual items;
• Accept the possibility of missing, damaged, incomplete, defective, or nonfunctional items; and
• Agree to purchase the entire pallet lot in its current AS-IS, WHERE-IS condition.
